| Paul Adams, PhD, PE, CSP, CPE is a Senior Consultant with Applied Safety and Ergonomics, Inc. Prior to consulting, Dr. Adams was the Corporate Leader of Safety Engineering and Ergonomics at Owens Corning. He holds both Master of Science and Ph.D. degrees in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, a Master of Science in Industrial Safety from Central Missouri State University, and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State. He is a Certified Safety Professional, and currently serves as the Past President and Director on the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. Paul is also a Certified Professional Ergonomist and a Michigan licensed Professional Engineer. Dr. Adams is a member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers, the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society, the National Society of Professional Engineers, and the American Society of Safety Engineers. His curriculum vita lists numerous book chapters, peer reviewed journal articles, technical reports, proceedings, conference presentations and patents. |
