| Ten years’ day-to-day experience leading and implementing safety culture change in heavy manufacturing and service businesses with both union and non-union workforces. Rob was instrumental in developing a small-site, two-day safety culture intervention, as well as the Culture Change for Quality process. He is co-author of the article "GE's Crash Course in Culture Change," published in Occupational Hazards in 2004, a case study of a multi-year, multi-site, globally-implemented safety culture improvement process within the GE Inspection & Repair Service Business that resulted in significant reductions in injury and illness rates.
Rob is a GE-certified 6s Greenbelt, who worked in the manufacturing and heavy service industry for 17 years, including three years in Sourcing and Supplier Quality, five years in production Quality Assurance / Quality Control, and 13 years in EHS. |
